Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Plaintiff-side Employment Litigation Associate in Beverly Hills (remote). You will handle the full lifecycle of employment matters, including FEHA discrimination/harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation, with early trial exposure.

You will take and defend depositions, draft motions, and shape discovery strategy under close partner guidance in a boutique setting designed for rapid growth. Strong writing and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years employment litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Hands-on experience with depositions and hearings.
• Strong writing and client-ready communication.

The Role

• Employment Litigation Associate (Plaintiff-side)
• You’ll handle the full lifecycle of employment cases including:
• FEHA discrimination/harassment/retaliation; wrongful termination
• Taking/defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, discovery strategy
• Case ownership with strong partner guidance; opportunities to push toward trial
• Bonus point if you also bring business/commercial litigation exposure (useful crossover)
• Mid-level target: around $200k base (flexible based on level/fit)
• Alternative structure: lower base + percentage on matters worked
