Andrews Cooper Technology LLC in Redmond, WA seeks an Associate Electrical Test Engineer to join our lab focused on cutting-edge HardTech products for consumer electronics. You will perform hands-on testing of batteries, MCUs, and power systems, write Python test scripts, and assist with board bring-up and validation in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Travel up to 20% may be required; must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of both digital and analog design including test methods.
• Experience with writing test scripts using Python.
• Experience with testing batteries and battery management systems.
• Experience with testing microcontrollers and programmable logic devices.
• Experience using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, DMMs, programmable power supplies, etc.
• Experience in board bring-up, system bring-up and validation.
• Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.
• Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with CAD tools like Altium, OrCAD, and Allegro.
• Experience with hardware bring-up, power measurement, or battery testing.
• Familiarity with Android debugging tools (adb) or mobile config systems.
• Knowledge of high and low speed busses such as I2C, SPI, I3C, PCIe, USB, DSI, CSI.
• Experience with design or testing of SoC, cameras, and sensors.
• Experience with embedded systems.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience with design of experiments (DOE).
• Experience with Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA).

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $175,000.00. Andrews Cooper is an equal-opportunity employer.
