WTWH Media seeks an enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented Associate Editor to work on our Consulting-Specifying Engineer (csemag.com) brand, a resource for engineering professionals in non-residential building construction.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate interested in covering the engineering processes and technologies that impact the design of high-performance commercial buildings. Working with experienced editors and subject matter experts, you will help shape the coverage in print and online channels while developing your own voice as a digital storyteller.
Consulting-Specifying Engineer is written and peer reviewed by engineers and industry professionals who work in non-residential construction focusing on codes and standards, mechanical/HVAC and electrical systems, fire safety and building automation.
In this deadline-oriented environment, your cross-functional role includes working with contributors on content, editing and posting articles online, managing newsletters and webinars, working with the senior editors and designers on preparing print editions, as well as writing and creating your own content for the website and social media. You will also work closely with other brand leaders to help with special projects as needed.
