What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure client and project requirements are met with high quality and accuracy through regular communication with clients and internal partners
- Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor project progress while updating stakeholders on deadlines
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to delivered or hosted data
- Manage review platform-specific tasks including user requests, database management, and reporting
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two years of experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider, with a total of four to five years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with Relativity
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is highly desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating a high level of service
