What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure client and project requirements are met with the highest quality and accuracy through routine communication with clients and internal partners
- Convert client requirements into operational work requests and monitor progress, providing updates to stakeholders
- Obtain, examine, and prepare client data for intake
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues with delivered or hosted data
- Manage review platform-specific tasks, including user requests and database management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two years of consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or eDiscovery service provider, with overall experience of four to five years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with Relativity
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and BI is highly desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating a “white glove” approach to service
