Job summary

US Foot and Ankle Specialists – the largest podiatric group in the United States – is seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Podiatrist to join our growing practices in the Hagerstown, MD & Gettysburg, PA area.

You will work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative environment focused on providing high-quality foot and ankle care using state-of-the-art podiatry-specific technology and software.

Qualifications

• DPM degree from an accredited podiatric medical school.
• Completion of a 3-year podiatric residency program or currently in the final year.
• Board eligible or board certified through ABPM or ABFAS, or actively pursuing board certification.
• Maryland and/or Pennsylvania podiatry license or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat conditions of the feet, ankles and lower extremities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide conservative and surgical care.
• Utilize orthotic devices and coordinate physical therapy.
• Educate patients on foot care, injury prevention and lifestyle modifications.

Position Overview

The Associate Podiatrist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the feet, ankles, and lower extremities. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, providing conservative and surgical care, utilizing orthotic devices, coordinating physical therapy, and educating patients on foot care, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
