Your Role:

The Associate Director, Warehouse & Supply Chain Workstream provides owner-side leadership for the warehouse and supply chain scope within Project AMPLIFY. The role translates business and operational requirements into an integrated workstream plan and coordinates cross-functional execution through design, implementation, readiness, and handover. The position is accountable for workstream scope, schedule, cost, risk, and operational readiness while partnering closely with project, quality, engineering, procurement, and operating teams. The role operates with substantial day-to-day independence and escalates material commitments or changes through the appropriate project governance channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the integrated Warehouse & Supply Chain workstream plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables through operational handover.
  • Translate warehousing, material flow, inventory, logistics, and operating requirements into clear project inputs and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional subject-matter experts and partners to support timely decisions and execution.
  • Monitor workstream scope, schedule, cost, quality, and readiness, escalating material issues with clear options and recommendations.
  • Lead operational readiness activities, including procedures, systems, training, staffing inputs, and transition planning.
  • Partner with Quality and project stakeholders to ensure GxP and business requirements are incorporated into execution and handover.
  • Maintain workstream governance, decision records, risk documentation, and concise stakeholder reporting.
  • Support commissioning, startup, and stabilization activities through successful transition to the operating organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10 or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, manufacturing operations, or project delivery in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives or workstreams.
  • Working knowledge of regulated manufacturing, material control, operational readiness, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting capital projects, facility expansions, or operational startup.
  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a CDMO environment.
  • Project or program management certification.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This role is a full-time onsite position. Schedule flexibility may be required to support project milestones, commissioning, startup, and operational-readiness activities. The employee must also have the ability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary.

Compensation:

  • Your written and verbal skills are out of this world, and you communicate with clarity and confidence.
  • You have exceptional multitasking skills and an unparalleled attention to detail that ensure the smooth running of everything.
  • You are a master at building relationships, capable of establishing connections with anyone, be it team members, clients, vendors, or suppliers.
