The Associate Director, Value and Access, Dupixent will be a key leader and contributor to Sanofi’s growing flagship brand Dupixent and responsible for supporting market access strategic execution for the Dupixent franchise, driving leading Franchise level projects aligned with Dupixent’s Pricing & Contracting strategy, across payer channels.
This role requires a high level of collaboration and integration with all groups within the broader US Market Access organization to ensure the goal of profitable access.
This position is based in Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ and reports to Dermatology Team Lead, Value and Access (Dupixent).

BA, BS or equivalent required, MBA or other graduate degree preferred
5+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience in Sales and/or Marketing; 2+ years of Market Access experience, such as Payer Marketing, Account Management, Contracting, Training
