About The Role: The US Market Solutions position focuses on optimizing and enhancing Genmab's US market commercialization efforts. Responsibilities include strategic partnership management, business process optimization, application management, and innovation. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other applications specific to the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the life sciences industry, especially in CRM and field systems, with a deep understanding of the US pharmaceutical market.

As the manager of US Market Solutions, you will define and deliver short-term implementation plans and long-term roadmaps for product suites, aligning with US business needs and driving digital capabilities. You will act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions meet the evolving US market requirements. This role requires product management skills, agile methodologies, and a passion for data-driven problem solving tailored for the US commercial landscape. You will report to the Director, US Market Solutions and Data Visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Design and execute partnerships, build relationships with US stakeholders, and collaborate with IT-Global HUB for platform alignment.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze needs, develop and implement new processes, advocate for best practices in data and CRM usage.
  • Application Management & Support: Oversee CRM and application administration, support training, monitor user satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, analyze trends, utilize visualization tools.
  • Innovation & Technology: Stay updated on emerging tech, evaluate and recommend solutions, promote adoption.
  • Solution Ownership: Develop product vision, prioritize features, coordinate with IT, track performance, manage budgets, and oversee SaaS implementations including Salesforce, IQVIA, MedInfo, and others. Ensure documentation, testing, change management, vendor management, and support for US market applications.

Qualifications And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related.
  • At least 10+ years in IT and software development within the Life Science, Pharma, or Biotech industry, focused on the US market.
  • Experience as a digital product owner/manager and in pharmaceutical commercial operations, specifically in the US.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies, project management, tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and influencing skills, with US market focus.
  • Certifications in Salesforce or Veeva preferred, with US market experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Veeva, AI solutions, KAM processes, targeting/segmentation, and healthcare data landscape.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, KPI monitoring, and SLA management in US operations.
