Purpose:
The Associate Director, Equity Sales will contribute to the overall success of the U.S. Equities business in the U.S. based in New York, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. The incumbent will ensure all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The goal is to participate and manage the creation of bespoke trading products within the US Equities Sales & Trading group. You will maintain and build our client platform in US research sales by working closely with our partners across equities, research, trading and ECM.
