Job summary

PNC is seeking an Associate Director in Corporate Treasury, Profitability & Risk-Adjusted Return within the Asset Liability Management organization. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or New York City, NY, you will lead profitability analysis, develop executive-level presentations, and drive risk-adjusted return initiatives across lending businesses.

You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, and business units, frame complex questions, evaluate performance and risks, and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced credentials optional.
• Experience in asset liability management, liquidity, or risk-adjusted return measures preferred.
• MBA/CPA/CFA progress is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses and prepare reports for liquidity and capital planning management.
• Review regulations and peer research related to liquidity and capital planning with executive management.
• Develop analytics and present executive-level narratives for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses and remediation activities.
• Support stress testing and analytics related to capital and liquidity.
• Guide junior team members and ensure high-quality analytical deliverables.
