Merck in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director, Treasury Benefits Finance to provide financial support for domestic and global benefits programs. You will forecast, analyze, report, and ensure compliant funding of over $1 billion in employee benefits spend.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly closes, partner with HR, Legal, Tax, and local finance teams, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance across global operations.

Reporting to the Director, the Associate Director, Treasury Benefits Finance, is responsible for providing financial support for domestic and global benefits programs.
Key responsibilities include forecasting, financial analysis, accounting, reporting, compliance, and funding.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is $129,000.00 - $203,100.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
