Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Director, Tax to lead the preparation and filing of federal, state, and international tax returns, and to oversee tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The role focuses on developing tax plans, forecasting, process improvements, and reducing risk in collaboration with accounting and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will drive strategic tax planning, manage relationships with external consultants, and monitor regulatory developments to update policies

Responsibilities

• Responsible for federal, state and international tax accounting and compliance, including income, business, sales and use, withholding, VAT, and property taxes; coordinates regulatory filings as required.
• Manage the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns and timely filing of all tax forms, including SOX documentation.
