Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development, event support, and coordinating facilities, with a commitment to safety and excellent service for campus users.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area with four years of experience, or a bachelor's with six years of experience.
• Ability to function independently and professionally in the assigned area.
• Strong leadership and operational oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Selects, trains, supervises, and evaluates student staff necessary to carry out the unit's mission.
• Oversees professional and student staff delivering Student Union services.
• Provides technical assistance for events and programs in the Student Union and eSports Arena.
• Develops and administers annual facility maintenance and repair schedules.
• Directs room setups, takedowns, and management of event equipment.
• Develops budgets and spending plans for the units and tracks performance.
