• Bachelor’s degree or higher with five years of progressively responsible student services experience and two years of supervisory experience.

• Oversee day-to-day Promise Scholars activities and staff.
• Lead, develop, coordinate, implement and assess counseling services and retention programs.
• Cultivate partnerships with CSU/campus administrators, faculty, staff, students and the public.
• Promote inclusion and sense of belonging, and represent programs to the campus and community.
