Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or higher-level degree and five years of progressively responsible student services professional experience with two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating program activities.
• Experience serving diverse student populations, including first-generation and low-income students.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of Promise Scholars.
• Lead, develop, coordinate, implement, and assess unit activities, counseling services, and retention programs.
• Represent programs and the campus to the public and maintain relationships with students, faculty, staff, and partners.
• Develop strategic campus partnerships with instructional faculty, Academic Affairs, and SEMSA units.
