The role leads hearings, develops restorative initiatives, recruits and trains the Conduct Council, and collaborates across campus to improve climate and inclusion. Hybrid work schedule with on-campus days 3-4 per week.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of student development theory and higher education law.
• Experience with restorative practices and campus adjudication processes.

Aufgaben

• Administer disciplinary process; manage complex hearings and calibrate due process.
• Design, implement, and evaluate restorative practices campus-wide.
• Coordinate training and recruitment for Conduct Council and campus partners.
• Manage student case and crisis response in collaboration with campus teams.
• Supervise Senior Coordinator and support division and university programs.
