Job summary

Thrive Digital, a leading full-funnel digital marketing agency in North America, seeks a hands-on strategic lead for large accounts. You will champion client success, guide performance programs, and partner with senior leadership to align growth initiatives.

You will manage senior teams of 15+ across multi-channel campaigns, design performance reporting with Looker, Tableau, and spreadsheets, and help shape new service plans.

Qualifications

• Owned large-scale, multi-channel performance marketing programs with $1M+ monthly spend.
• Led and developed multi-level teams of 15+, including managers.
• Designed performance reporting using Looker, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau.
