Job Description

Lead the development and execution of HCP Peer-To-Peer (P2P) marketing strategic initiatives across Rheumatology indications. Serve as the P2P subject matter expert and collaborate regularly with internal teams such as Sales, Brand Teams, Medical, HEOR, Market Access, Patient Services, BTS, and Digital Lab. Develop and lead effective P2P marketing strategies that are impactful, executable by Sales partners, easily communicated, and clinically supported.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership skills without authority, an innovative mindset, project management capabilities, and experience in delivering presentations to Immunology leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of marketing managers responsible for P2P promotional content development and execution across Rheumatology indications.
  • Innovate and optimize peer-to-peer promotion, including digital channels, to maximize educational reach.
  • Partner with Rheumatology teams, IBT partners, and external experts to build and execute P2P programs for HCP education.
  • Participate in business and marketing planning processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to influence business outcomes.
  • Manage projects including marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Oversee agency relations and management.
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to improve P2P strategies.
  • Maintain strong communication with field sales leadership to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Stay updated on policies related to Speaker Programs and ensure adherence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of biopharmaceutical marketing experience, with HCP marketing expertise; Immunology leadership preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in writing strategic documents.
  • Strong collaborative skills and team orientation.
  • Proven marketing experience with advanced marketing skills.
  • Cross-franchise/cross-channel marketing experience is a plus.
