Job summary

The Associate Director of Product Development will drive QbD-based formulation and process development for vials and prefilled syringes, collaborate across Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and external partners, and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver robust, compliant pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of pharma product/process development experience.
• Experience with sterile injectable products and aseptic processing.
• Knowledge of CGMP and FDA/ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development for sterile injectables in vials and prefilled syringes.
• Develop and implement DoE-based development plans and DoE studies.
• Oversee technology transfer to manufacturing and ensure regulatory compliance.
