Job summary

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills; cross-cultural or overseas teams experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge and drug development understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical leadership for clinical development and lifecycle management.
• Lead protocol and analysis plan development; ensure proper analyses.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Patient Safety, and GMA teams.
• mentor staff on statistical methods and operations; supervise junior statisticians.
• Develop data presentation strategy and ensure accurate reports/publications.
• Act as liaison on AbbVie collaborative studies with CROs and academic partners.
