Job summary

FullBloom is seeking an Associate Director to lead special and alternative education programs nationwide. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services, monitor behavior, track progress, and reinforce learning using our proven model.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring licensing compliance, and building strong relationships with districts, parents, and stakeholders while maintaining high program quality.

Qualifications

• Credentials in Education or similar field.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Extensive experience with students with serious emotional disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all students are educated in accordance with their IEPs.
• Observe classrooms regularly using formal and informal methods.
• Attend weekly staff meetings to share information and concerns.
• Participate in Regional activities and a Director’s Meeting.
• Join monthly Goal Review with Supervisor and show progress.
• Report facilities issues promptly to the appropriate dept.
• Communicate with parents, supervisors, and district personnel.
• Engage parents in the educational program and run parent education events.
• Maintain health, safety, and well-being per state licensing policies.
• Foster stakeholder relationships with district officials and families.
