Qualifications

• Credentials in Education or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive experience with students with serious emotional disabilities preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Background check required by local law/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all students are educated in accordance with IEPs.
• Observation of classrooms regularly with formal/informal methods.
• Weekly staff meetings for information sharing and issues.
• Attend Regional activities including weekly Director’s Meeting.
• Participate in monthly Goal Review with Supervisor.
• Report facilities issues for prompt resolution.
• Communicate with parents, supervisors, and district personnel.
• Involve parents in the educational program and conduct parent education events.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing health and safety policies.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and provide quality customer service.
• Supervise staff and ensure policy adherence; maintain records.
