Job summary

Mercy University is seeking an Associate Director of the Mercy University Solutions Lab (MUSL) to oversee operations, partner engagement, and grant reporting for a faculty-mentored student experiential learning program in New York.

In this role, you will coordinate day-to-day workflows, manage the Solutions Exchange Portal, track grant deliverables, and collaborate with faculty, university offices, and external partners to deliver impactful student experiences under FORWARD grant guidance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Higher Education Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in program administration, experiential learning, partnership coordination, project operations, client relations, grant-funded programs, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day MUSL operations, including project workflows, timelines, communications, scheduling, and administrative processes.
• Support project logistics involving students, faculty, lab coordinators, external partners, and internal university collaborators.
• Align project operations with course timelines, program expectations, and student learning goals with faculty leads.
• Support students with project organization, professional communication, meeting preparation, presentation readiness, and workplace readiness practices.
