A leading healthcare digital agency in New York seeks an Associate Director, SEO to enhance clients' online presence through strategic SEO development. This role involves technical SEO oversight, client collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of SEO experience, preferably in healthcare, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.

As Associate Director, SEO, you will play a critical role in helping our healthcare clients maximize the discoverability, credibility, and authority of their digital ecosystems, including branded, unbranded, and disease awareness properties. Your strategic guidance will shape how HCPs, patients, and caregivers find and engage with compliant, medically accurate content across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search interfaces. You will serve as the bridge between digital strategy, SEO best practices, regulatory compliance, and content development, all while ensuring alignment with client-specific medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) requirements. There is the potential for this role to elevate thought leadership and consulting services for clients at a time when brands are seeking guidance on how to stay relevant. We are seeking a senior level technical expert with excellent client facing skills and strong collaboration ability.
