Job summary

Tango Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Statistical Programming to lead and manage programming activities for clinical trials. The role develops SDTM/ADaM datasets and TLFs, validates analyses, and supports regulatory submissions under CDISC standards.

The position requires expert SAS skills, experience with SDTM/ADaM, and collaboration with biostatisticians and CROs. Oncology background and BLA/NDA experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of statistical programming experience.
• Strong regulatory reporting experience including eCTD and CDISC implementations.
• Expert level SAS programming skills (Base, Macro, STAT, GRAPH, SQL).
• Experience with R and Python.
• Experience in oncology and with BLA/NDA submissions to FDA/EMA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage statistical programming activities for clinical trials and studies, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Develop, validate, and maintain SDTM/ADaM datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).
• Review key study documents and provide regulatory-compliant analysis.
• Perform complex statistical analyses and simulations using SAS; manage macro library for efficiency.
• Provide SAS programming support for regulatory submissions (eCTD).
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data managers, and cross-functional teams to define strategies and timelines.
• Oversee CROs to ensure quality and timeliness of analyses and deliverables.
• Author/review SDTM/ADaM specifications; stay current with industry trends and best practices.
