The Associate Director, Sales Enablement is responsible for creating and managing Enroll360 partner-facing collateral. This role utilizes thought leadership, EAB insights, industry and marketing trends, and internal interviews to diagnose and deliver upon content needs. This includes overseeing a content library for ongoing use, as well as creating bespoke, partner-specific material as needed. The Associate Director, Sales Enablement is also responsible for training users on content and resources created as required.
This hire may be based in Richmond, VA, Washington, D.C.; this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for thisrole is$65,000 - $100,000per year. Actual salary variesdue to factors that may include but not be limited torelevant experience, skills, and location.At EAB, it isnot typical for an individual to be hired at or near thetop of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionarybonus or incentive compensation. Variablecompensation may depend on various factors,such as individual andorganizational performance.
