Job summary

Lilly RLT in Indianapolis is seeking a Lead technical sciences professional to optimize drug substance and product manufacturing processes. You will troubleshoot, validate, and manage lifecycle improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams, mentor junior staff, and oversee sterility assurance while driving continuous improvement and technology transfer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
