This leadership role drives efficiency through data analysis, strategic planning and staff development, with emphasis on maximizing collections and patient service benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 5 years of revenue cycle experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of large group physician billing and payor regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff.
• Ability to design measures to increase productivity and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Revenue Cycle operations, including authorizations, pre-service financial clearance, billing and denials.
• Monitor reports and dashboards; perform monthly analysis to improve benchmarks and trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and billing policies.
• Coordinate staff performance, training, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Lead process improvements to maximize collections and customer service.
• Provide cross-functional collaboration within the revenue cycle leadership team.
