Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a related field and eight years of experience in research proposal development or administration.
• Experience fostering collaborations and supporting institutional research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage research development assessment frameworks and performance metrics.
• Analyze proposal pipelines, funding outcomes, and ROI measures.
• Produce strategic reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Conduct portfolio analyses to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support benchmarking against peer institutions and national trends.
• Coordinate workshops, training programs, and faculty engagement activities.
