Raytheon’s Naval Power (NP) business unit is seeking an Associate Director, Requirements and Capabilities (R&C) – Naval Air Missiles (NAM) AIM-9X Sidewinder to lead domestic and international business strategy, capture, and growth in a high demand market space. The Associate Director will be critical to supporting existing customer commitments while strategically building new relationships and business growth opportunities to fulfill the mission requirements of our trusted global partners.
As a member of the NP R&C team, the Associate Director will be responsible for supporting the AIM-9X Sidewinder weapons program with leadership in driving end-to-end domestic and international customer engagements, program support, and developing forward looking strategies to influence program direction and investment targets.
