Arcellx Core Values
We are seeking a highly motivated, field-based marketing leader to join our Commercial team as Associate Director, Regional Marketing & Thought Leader Liaison (TLL). This role will be critical in shaping and executing Arcellx’s thought leader and key customer engagement strategy in the U.S., with a specific focus on supporting the launch and growth of anito-cel, our lead CAR T candidate for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
This individual will serve as a key interface between Arcellx and regional/national thought leaders, academic centers, and influential community networks. The TLL will act as a bridge between the field and home office teams, generating actionable insights to inform brand strategy, educational initiatives, and speaker engagement efforts. This is a non-sales role that works in close partnership with colleagues across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access, as well as with Kite Pharma through our co-promotion agreement.

Our compensation package includes base salary, annual bonus, equity grant, and relocation assistance if required. The base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $225,000 per year, determined by level, experience, and location.
