Qualifications

• Experience translating QC strategy into execution plans across multiple programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with QA, Regulatory, and Analytical Development.

Responsibilities

• Translate and implement QC strategy for assigned programs and external testing networks.
• Lead QC activities across product lifecycle (Phase 1–commercial) for multiple programs.
• Lead development and refinement of QC strategies, including methods and specifications.
• Drive harmonization of QC methods, specifications, practices and documentation.
• Identify and escalate risks to QC performance and regulatory commitments.
• Represent QC on CMC teams and program teams to align deliverables.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to QC colleagues and external partners.
• Oversee QC operations to ensure timely, compliant testing including release and stability testing.
• Oversee review of analytical data, batch records, CoAs, and GMP documentation.
• Lead QC GMP processes including deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Manage CTL/CDMO performance and governance meetings.
