We are seeking an Associate Director, Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a Quality Assurance (QA) team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, leveraging AI technologies for efficiency.
• Develop and implement QA strategies aligning with KPMG's standards, managing projects within SDLC and Agile methodologies, and ensuring quality and compliance.
• Oversee project execution, stakeholder engagement, and governance reporting.
• Utilize automation and AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure consistent quality standards organization-wide; manage onsite and offshore QA resources.
• Present key metrics, KPIs, risks, and challenges to stakeholders for ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of recent QA experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, Katalon, JMeter, LoadRunner, SeeTest.
• Familiarity with GenAI technologies (OpenAI, Agentspace, Copilot) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, project planning, and leadership skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
