Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a microbiology laboratory within a GMP-regulated QC environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Firstline QC Leaders and technical staff with objectives and development plans.
• Oversee QC microbiology operations and address atypical results and equipment issues to ensure supply needs.
• Represent QC in cross-functional forums and drive best practices for inspection readiness.
• Execute QC activities in compliance with SOPs, GDP, ALCOA+, and cGMP requirements.
• Identify deviations, participate in root cause investigations, and drive CAPAs.
• Provide primary QC microbiology coverage and guidance until the team is fully staffed and qualified.
