Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC seeks a QC Leader to oversee up to 30 QC staff, ensure cGMP compliance, and liaison with regulators. The role requires a BS and 3–5 years of supervisory experience, plus 5–7 years in technical testing of small and large molecules. Expect collaboration with senior leadership on strategy and budget matters.

The position supports process improvements and maintains high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory readiness in a dynamic biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; advanced degree desirable.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in QC leadership.
• 5–7 years of technical experience in chemical/biologics/microbiological testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 30 QC staff and manage group priorities.
• Represent QC in regulatory interactions with FDA and others.
• Review documents and drive process improvements with senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards.
