Job summary

Celltrion Branchburg, LLC is seeking an Associate Director of QC Micro Product and Raw Materials to lead up to 30 QC staff, ensure compliant lab operations and drive strategic objectives in cGMP environments. The role requires supervisory experience and deep technical expertise in chemical, biologics, or microbiological testing.

You will oversee method validation and document reviews, support regulatory interactions with FDA and global authorities, and collaborate with Process Team and site

Qualifications

• Supervisory position with management experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good computer skills.
• BS is required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 30 QC staff and set group objectives.
• Represent QC as technical expert and oversee method validation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regulatory interactions with FDA and other authorities.
• Collaborate with Process Team and site leaders.
• Coach and develop staff; manage budgeting and resourcing.
