A leading health organization is seeking an Associate Director, Project ECHO, to manage the Alzheimer's and Dementia Care ECHO Program. This role involves facilitating training sessions, coordinating program activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance dementia care. The Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care ECHO Program, hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association, is a virtual case-based learning experience designed to support professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centered dementia care. Using the Project ECHO model, the program connects participants across the country with dementia experts in interactive telementoring sessions that combine brief lectures with real-world case discussions. The program is designed to build local capacity by equipping healthcare and other professionals with practical strategies for best practice care across the continuum, so that individuals living with dementia and their families have greater access to care right where they live.
The Associate Director, Project ECHO, supports operations of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Project ECHO Hub, including providing management of program planning and implementation and serving as a lead facilitator for ECHO programs. They work closely with the Director, Project ECHO to increase the Association’s capacity to organize and deliver high quality, impactful ECHO programming that is aligned with organizational goals.
