Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Program Budget Delivery Lead to embed drug-development and financial acumen within Program & Portfolio Operations.

You will co-develop strategic budgets with DPMs and SPTs, forecast costs, and enable decision-ready outputs across Development, Research, Commercial and Manufacturing. With 10+ years in industry and strong financial skills, you will influence investment decisions and build capability across the organization, while

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of industry experience; at least 5+ years in project management.
• MBA preferred.
• Significant biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience with drug development knowledge.
• Strong financial competence: program budgets, resource forecasts and costs.
• Strategic planning and portfolio management experience for clear outputs.
• Embedded content expert and thought partner to leadership without formal authority.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities across programs and teams.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influence skills at all levels.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; simplifying complex information.
• Proficient in MS software, Excel-based modeling, and process mapping tools.

Responsabilidades

• Co-develop high-quality, decision-ready Program Budgets with DPM and SPTs.
• Own the timeliness and quality of outputs at CDU and portfolio levels.
• Forecast resource capacity and costs; build end-to-end development plans.
• Enable program comparisons to guide portfolio investment decisions.
• Manage entry/exit points for budget updates with DPM and Program Finance.
• Facilitate decision-making and guide SPTs through strategic planning.
