Home shopping is uniquely complex. Customers often begin with an incomplete idea of what they need, navigate enormous assortments, evaluate products across dozens of factors, and make high-consideration decisions where confidence, value, and trust matter.
We’re looking for an exceptional product leader to shape how millions of customers discover, explore, evaluate, and choose products for their homes. As the product leader for Wayfair’s Product Discovery & Evaluation portfolio, you’ll help customers move from an initial idea to a set of relevant options, explore and compare a vast assortment, understand the value of their choices, and make confident decisions. Your teams will own the core experiences and capabilities that make this possible—from navigation, brand and browse experiences to product detail pages, promotions, user-generated content, and the platforms and systems that power them across Wayfair’s web and app.
