Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 8–12+ years of analytical development or process analytics experience.
• Experience with high-throughput method development and automation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, and sustainment of high-throughput analytical methods across programs.
• Define standards and governance for method lifecycle management.
• Ensure transfer and ongoing support for non-GMP platforms.
• Deliver platform roadmap with automated methods and workflows including robotics.
• Support vendor selection and cross-site standardization.
• Lead multi-year roadmaps for analytics and automation; manage risks and value delivery.
• Modernize laboratory operations including data management and workflow standards.
• Provide leadership through planning, prioritization, coaching, and change adoption.
• Represent Analytical Development in governance and collaboration forums.
