Job summary

Grant Thornton UK is recruiting an Associate Director or Experienced Manager for its Private Capital Corporate Tax team. You will advise owner-managed and private equity-backed clients on a broad range of tax issues and lead high-quality advisory work, strengthening relationships.

You will manage a diverse client portfolio, supervise juniors, and help grow the business through proactive cross-selling across the GT network.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent with post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and international concepts.
• Experience managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial clients.
• Demonstrated business development experience.
• Experience supervising and developing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Advise a broad range of clients on tax issues across compliance and advisory projects.
• Lead client meetings and provide high-quality tax advice on complex matters.
• Collaborate with GT network to cross-sell services and develop the client base.
