Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation invites an Associate Director to lead the Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) portfolio, coordinating across mission areas and directing analyses that empower teams with context-informed insights.

You will oversee front-office and section activities, drive talent development, and sustain strong customer partnerships while advancing geolocation, PNT, and related space capabilities at on-site locations in El Segundo or Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in aerospace/astronautical/electrical engineering, CS, physics, OR math from an accredited institution.
• 10 years leading MS&A teams and translating customer needs to analysts.
• Expertise in PNT architecture performance evaluations, geolocation, or signals integrity.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PNT portfolio front office and section, coordinating across mission areas.
• Develop MS&A capabilities and products to inform research, development, and acquisition decisions.
• Foster centers of excellence in geo-spatial intelligence, signals intelligence, space surveillance, PNT systems, and signals integrity.
• Drive aggressive hiring and workforce development to support growth and customer demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers and collaborators.
• Coordinate complex technical tasks across programs and ensure quality and accuracy of work products.
