Responsibilities

• Advise and assist the Director in carrying out School initiatives.
• Recommend new faculty/staff appointments.
• Contributes to the School through teaching, research, and service activities.
• Assign faculty workload according to university policy.
• Assist Director with staff supervision across Dallas, Denton, and Houston coordinators.
• Create campus-specific goals and reports.
• Maintain campus budgets and oversee equipment and supplies.
• Conduct faculty and staff performance reviews.
• Follow policies for student enrollment, tracking progress, appeals, and completion.
• Orient new faculty, staff, and students to the campus and School.
• Promote faculty development and scholarship activity.
