What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive pipeline impact across therapy areas using quantitative approaches in drug development
- Develop and execute population pharmacokinetic models, PK/PD models, and other pharmacometric analyses
- Author strategic documents and represent the team at regulatory meetings
- Frame critical drug development questions to optimize model-informed development
- Collaborate with scientists to enhance pharmacometrics capabilities in decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or PharmD with at least 5 years, or MS with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Educational background in pharmacometrics, biopharmaceutics, pharmaceutical sciences, mathematics, statistics, or related fields
- Proficiency in performing pharmacometrics analyses such as population PK, PKPD, and ER models
- Knowledge of drug development, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacology principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in standard pharmacometric software (e.g., R, NONMEM, Monolix, Matlab)
- Strong skills in experimental design, mathematical problem solving, and critical data analysis
- Good interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
