Associate Director, Performance (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and execution across digital campaigns focused on paid social, paid search, and programmatic advertising, driving performance through strategic execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Provide clear strategic direction to develop and implement plans and tactics that are continuously optimized to meet key business objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of digital channel specialists, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment while providing consistent leadership and support.
- Engage with clients to build strong relationships, understanding their business goals and marketing objectives, with a focus on paid social. Present campaign performance and strategy regularly to clients.
- Manage the preparation and distribution of campaign performance reports, sharing insights with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Oversee forecasting and budgeting for all channel activities, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard methodologies to improve operational processes within the team and agency.
- Collaborate with internal departments and account teams to design and execute integrated digital campaigns.
- Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to best practices throughout every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant digital media investment experience, including programmatic, paid search, paid social, and Retail Media Network experience, from agency or clientside.
- Extensive client-facing experience with a proven track record in relationship management.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team, including training and developing junior staff, acting as a coach and leader.
- Proficiency in providing high-level insights and analysis of KPIs and performance metrics.
- Deep knowledge of digital media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and manage time effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Passion for staying current with digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Strategy and execution experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, Google Ads, CM360, Meta, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
