Requirements

Bachelor's in relevant field or equivalent experience; 8+ years multi-state payroll experience with ADP; 3+ years equity administration support in public companies; strong knowledge of payroll/tax regulations, internal controls, and Microsoft Excel; excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

certifications like CPP or CEP; experience with Shareworks, Computershare, NetSuite; biotech or pharma industry experience.

Work setup

remote within the US with occasional travel to Cambridge, MA; no applicants from certain states.

Compensation

$163,000–$183,000 USD.
