We’re seeking an experienced Associate Director, Payer Reimbursement to lead strategic operations that ensure accurate and timely hospital payments. This key leadership role oversees payer reimbursement activities, AR management, vendor relationships, and process improvements to maximize cash flow and efficiency.

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - HYBRID ROLE REQUIRING 1-2 DAYS A WEEK ON-SITE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct payer reimbursement and AR operations
  • Monitor denial trends and payer performance
  • Lead payer escalations and manage vendor partnerships
  • Drive workflow and system improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams on revenue initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with billing regulations and KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Healthcare (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years in revenue cycle or payer reimbursement
  • Expertise in managed care, HIPAA, CPT/ICD-10
  • Epic and Excel proficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Certifications: CRCR or CRCP
