Responsibilities

• Lead or support complex equipment technology projects within packaging and MDCP space as part of new product intro and source changes.
• Manage global and site-centric capital and equipment projects including transfers and launches.
• Serve as the packaging and assembly equipment SME, providing technical support across the network.
• Leverage GMP, Lean/Six Sigma, and regulatory requirements to resolve packaging issues and improve line performance.
• Collaborate with Serialization CoE to implement and monitor serialization strategies.
