The oneRTX Process and Systems Transformation (PST) initiative aims to harmonize essential business processes, tools, metrics, and reporting across Corporate, Enterprise Services, and all three business units by integrating them into a unified ERP system using SAP S/4HANA.

Reporting to the Raytheon VP of S4, the Associate Director, Organizational Change Management (OCM) is pivotal in helping to shape the future of Raytheon through strategic program management and systems transformation.

What You Will Do:

The Raytheon PST Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead will be responsible for Raytheon’s approach to change management. This leader will partner with the RTX PST OCM team to provide a structured and scalable approach to managing change for our employees. The OCM lead will create and execute strategies for Raytheon stakeholder engagement, communication, training and sustainment.

Change Management Leadership:

  • Lead the change management efforts for Raytheon

  • Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training needs assessments

  • Collaborate with workstream owners, project managers, and other functional leads to align Raytheon change management activities with RTX PST project goals, objectives and milestones

  • Align messaging and planning across parallel Raytheon transformation initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement & Impact:

  • Support workstream teams in conducting impact assessments to determine change readiness and understand how program changes will affect key stakeholder groups

  • Facilitate discussions with business unit leaders and employees to address concerns, manage resistance, and encourage adoption of new processes

  • Work closely with other change management team members to ensure consistent messaging and coordination across workstreams and business units

Communications:

  • Partner with the RTX OCM Communications Lead to design and deliver targeted communication plans for Raytheon, tailored to the needs of different stakeholder groups

Support and Monitor Adoption:

  • Build and manage a network of change champions across your area of responsibility to facilitate change at all levels, acting as key points of communication and support

  • Coach managers and supervisors on how to effectively manage their teams through change

  • Measure and track the progress of change adoption, identifying risks and addressing gaps as they arise.

  • Collect feedback and adjust change management approaches to improve user readiness and adoption outcomes.

  • Provide ongoing support to business units during go-live and sustainment phases to reinforce new processes and system usage.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience (Business, Org Development, Change Management or a related field)

  • Ability to travel ~20-30%

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation

  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci or equivalent)

  • Experience in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
